My journey to founding RD Learning & Consulting began with a simple but powerful realisation: people were hungry for learning that actually made a difference in their daily work.
Early in my management career, I noticed colleagues consistently seeking out my training approaches. They were drawn to methods that didn't just sound good in theory, but genuinely resonated and created real change. I discovered I had a gift for taking complex ideas and making them accessible, practical, and immediately useful.

My Professional Journey
The path to consultancy grew from years of management experience where I witnessed firsthand what teams actually need to succeed. I saw the gap between traditional training programmes and what really worked in practice, and I knew there had to be a better way.

My experience now spans multiple awarding organisations including ATHE, NCFE, City & Guilds, CMI, Gateway, and Skills and Education Group, giving me deep insight into what creates truly effective learning.
